What’s the minimum height?

There is no minimum height. We are open to anyone aged five and over.

Is there a minimum age limit?

Yes. You must be at least five years old to use the facilities. The minimum age for lone participation on the 9m high ropes course is eight years old, while five-to-seven year olds can take part as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

What’s the weight limit?

The maximum weight is 19 stone (120kg).

What shoes should I wear?

Trainers that cover the top of the foot are ideal. Crocs or wellington boots are not allowed.

What clothes should I wear?

You’ll be wearing a harness so please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. No short shorts or skirts are permitted.

What exactly is the Powerfan Descender?

The Powerfan Descender is a thrilling way to come back to earth. You’re attached by a harness and you jump from a platform, with the powerfan controlling your descent, bringing you down to the ground nice and gently.

What’s the family ticket?

The Family Ticket is for up to 4 people, at least one must be an adult over the age of 18. Any children between 5-7 years must be accompanied by an adult. It gives access to Extreme Adventure package and includes the 5 and 9 metre high ropes course, the climbing wall and powerfan.

Do I get my money back if I don’t do it?

Unfortunately, once you have been kitted up, we cannot offer you a refund. This is because you’ve taken up a place and we won’t be able to resell it.

Why do I have to remove my jewellery?

The thing with jewellery is that it can get caught on the equipment, so to avoid nasty injuries, we do ask you to remove it.

Do I have to do all of it?

Absolutely not. You can complete as much of each challenge as you feel comfortable doing. Our staff are there to offer encouragement and support, but we want you to have a great time and will never make you do something you don’t want to.
